2. Remote Support Client
Step-by-step instructions:
- Download the HelixDesk Remote Support Client.
- Install and run the client.
- Provide the technician with your connection code or ID.

Troubleshooting: If the installer doesn’t run, right-click and choose “Run as Administrator.”
3. Entire Tech Toolkit (For Onboarding New Workstations)
Who should use this: Clients onboarding a new device or workstation as part of your managed IT agreement.
Step-by-step instructions:
- Download the HelixDesk Entire Tech Toolkit.
- Follow the installation prompts.
- Notify your onboarding contact when setup is complete.
Note: Toolkit includes all standard utilities, security software, and configuration scripts.
