  • Download the HelixDesk Remote Support Client.
  • Install and run the client.
  • Provide the technician with your connection code or ID.

3. Entire Tech Toolkit (For Onboarding New Workstations)

Who should use this: Clients onboarding a new device or workstation as part of your managed IT agreement.

  • Download the HelixDesk Entire Tech Toolkit.
  • Follow the installation prompts.
  • Notify your onboarding contact when setup is complete.
