Commercial-scale electronics recovery · Tucson & Pima County

Commercial E-Waste Recycling for Tucson Organizations

Move business electronics out in bulk without turning the project into a series of employee drop-offs.

Best fit: commercial rooms, racks, pallets, equipment fleets and full-site projects.

The problem

Obsolete equipment consumes space and staff time

Retired electronics often remain in place because they are heavy, interconnected, bolted down or spread across a facility. Consumer drop-off programs are not designed for a telecom room, server stack, office closure or warehouse inventory.

We start with the actual job: what must be disconnected or dismantled, how it leaves the building, what can be recovered, and what the space should look like afterward.

Equipment we evaluate

  • Desktop and workstation fleets
  • Monitors and display equipment
  • Printers and office electronics
  • Network and communications equipment
  • UPS units and peripheral hardware
  • Mixed commercial electronics

Straightforward process

From photos to a cleared space

1

Show us the project

Send photos, location, equipment type, quantity and any access or deadline details.

2

Receive an evaluation

We determine whether the job needs pickup, on-site dismantling, a full cleanout or a site visit.

3

Coordinate removal

The work is planned around building access, loading, occupied areas and the equipment involved.

4

Recover materials

Reusable equipment and recoverable metals and components are separated where practical, reducing avoidable landfill disposal.

Example project

A commercial job, not a curbside pickup

An office refresh leaves several rooms of mixed electronics. We evaluate the volume, access and labor, then coordinate a consolidated pickup or cleanout.

Every site is different. Equipment value, labor, access, condition and material mix all affect the recommended approach. The evaluation makes those variables visible before work begins.

Facilities we serve

Commercial properties, offices, schools, medical facilities, hotels, warehouses, industrial sites, government facilities, IT departments, MSPs, telecom contractors and organizations moving or closing.

Local coverage

Tucson and Pima County, including Oro Valley, Marana, Sahuarita, Green Valley and Catalina Foothills.

Common questions

Do you handle one computer or television?

These pages are designed for commercial quantities, equipment rooms, infrastructure and site cleanouts. Describe the quantity and we will quickly tell you whether the project is a fit.

Can equipment be dismantled on site?

Where appropriate, the evaluation can include racks, cabinets or interconnected equipment that requires on-site dismantling before removal.

Do you provide certified data destruction?

Do not assume data-bearing devices are sanitized or destroyed unless that service is specifically included in a written project scope. Tell us about any data-handling requirement during evaluation.

Will we be paid for the equipment?

Some material may have recoverable value, while labor, access, transportation and low-value components create costs. We evaluate the complete project rather than promising a commodity payout sight unseen.

Commercial jobs receive priority. Photos of the full room or equipment group are more useful than close-ups of labels.
